General Information

Product name Anti-CXCR5 Antibody
Short Description Rabbit polyclonal to CXCR5
Description This gene encodes a multi-pass membrane protein that belongs to the CXC chemokine receptor family. It is expressed in mature B-cells and Burkitt's lymphoma. This cytokine receptor binds to B-lymphocyte chemoattractant (BLC), and is involved in B-cell migration into B-cell follicles of spleen and Peyer patches. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene.
Applications WB,IF
Dilution range WB 1:500 - 1:2000
IF 1:50 - 1:200
Protein Name Anti-CXCR5 Antibody
Immunogen A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 300 to the C-terminus of human CXCR5 (NP_001707.1).
